From a dried-pear drying system to a diverse and international fruit and vegetable producer and marketer

Our digital, fast-moving world is becoming increasingly vulnerable. It needs our sustainable responsibility and new ways to still be able to feed our descendants in a healthy way.

1999

The company "Dörrobstland Vertriebs GesmbH" is founded. It is still the strong trunk of the tree today.

2002

The subsidiary "Frutura Obst & Gemüse Kompetenzzentrum GmbH" is founded. And one step follows the next...

2004

a new company building is erected in Hartl near Kaindorf, and only two years later ...

2006

KB-Logistik GmbH is established in Hartl near Kaindorf.

2010

a unique banana ripening facility is being built, again in Hartl near Kaindorf.

2011

the " Steiermark Genuss Apfel" is launched, and ...

2012

the „Apfel, Obst & Gemüse Akademie AOGA“ was founded and the first courses took place in 2013.

2014

the first own herbs are grown within the framework of "Frutura Gartenbau GmbH", and ...

2016

the construction of the Frutura Thermal-Gemüsewelt begins, where initially organic vegetables are grown. Very soon, the cultivation of conventional tomatoes and peppers follows.

2017

the next exotics to ripen in Hartl are mangos and avocados.

2019

the Frutura Thermal-Gemüsewelt is finished.

2020

the next step follows: from now on, Frutura in Hartl and also in Upper Austria has a fresh fruit and vegetable distribution hub for whole Austria.
