Our drying process ensures crispy apple products of the highest quality. We achieve this outstanding fruity taste by enhancing the excellent sugar-acid interplay of our apples through the drying process. Production is carried out very gently using the most modern equipment. Almost all forms of dried apples can be produced in this way.

The portfolio of products comprises dried apple cubes to apple chips, apple sticks, apple pellets and apple flour.
These are not only perfect for snacking between meals, but also a valuable addition to many dishes (e.g. mueslis or fruit salads).
